Ceramic fiber board is a rigid, vacuum-formed product made from high-purity ceramic fiber combined with selected organic and inorganic binders, with or without mineral fillers. Designed for high-temperature applications, these boards are available in a variety of densities and strengths to suit specific insulation requirements. Jiuqiang ceramic fiber boards offer excellent thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, uniform density, and outstanding resistance to thermal shock and chemical corrosion. They are widely used as hot face insulation or backup layers in furnaces and other high-heat systems.
